Independent Lives in the United Kingdom is seeking a kind PA to support a 16-year-old autistic boy. The role focuses on encouraging interests, independence and confidence through practical activities and outdoor tasks. Hours are flexible and can be discussed, with weekend and school-holiday availability.

The position offers £20 per hour and requires an enhanced DBS check. Candidates should be patient, reliable, comfortable with pets, and able to follow instructions while working on their own

Formación

• Experience with autism/SEND preferred.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Must be able to read and write English to a reasonable standard.
• Non-smoker preferred or willing to refrain from smoking during working hours.
