Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a compassionate PA to support a 10-year-old during school holidays in the Wisbech area. The role involves personal care, supervision and engagement in activities, with emphasis on safety, communication development through PECS, and respectful, dignified care.

Expect 12–15 hours per week at £12.89 per hour on a flexible schedule. DBS check cost covered by the employer, training provided, and a pro-rata holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Reliable, trustworthy and patient individual.
• Experience with autistic children or individuals with additional needs is beneficial.
• Comfortable providing personal care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Support play, leisure activities and outings to promote engagement.
• Encourage independence and monitor safety in home and activities.
