Dentsu Sports International is seeking a PA and Senior Team Assistant to support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team in London. The role focuses on high-quality administrative and coordination support, diary management, travel logistics, and event assistance.

We are looking for a PA and Senior Team Assistant to predominantly support the Managing Director alongside assisting members of the Senior Leadership Team where required, and supporting on wider business initiatives, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support.
The PA and Senior Team Assistant acts as a trusted partner-managing diaries, ensuring seamless travel and logistics, and supporting the smooth running of meetings, office activity, and key business events.
This is a varied role with exposure across senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to team culture, internal events, and presentation preparation.
This role will report into the Managing Director and is based in London.
