A reputable company in the heart of London is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their People Leadership Team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for supporting senior leaders with various administrative tasks while enjoying a hybrid work environment. This position is ideal for organized individuals with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Temporary position with a strong possibility of a permanent contract
Fantastic offices in the heart if London, accessible from Mansion House, BANK and Liverpool Street Station.
Great exposure to the HR Senior Leadership team, so if you have an interest in HR this is a fab opportunity
Hybrid working policy, 50% office ad 50% WFH (some flexibility required during meetings and events)
As Administrative Assistant to the People Leadership Team (PLT), you will support several key stakeholders, along with other senior leaders within the People team function. You will help to assist with day-to-day administrative requirements.

As this role is within the People team, you may from time to time be working with sensitive and confidential information and therefore discretion is paramount.
