Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited seeks a P6 Project Scheduler with energy or nuclear project experience and the ability to gain UK Security Clearance. You will develop, monitor and adapt detailed programmes from concept to completion, reporting to the Project Director and coordinating with site teams, clients and subcontractors.

The role focuses on FEED-phase scheduling, risk forecasting and key milestone control, with hybrid working and a competitive package including a £48,000–£52,000 salary,

Qualifications

• P6 Primavera Scheduler with SC level security clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Energy or Nuclear project background with FEED scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to work on national-scale energy projects within an international OEM.

P6 Project Scheduler ( Energy / Security Clearance)

Are you a P6 Planner able to gain or currently hold Security Clearance with a background working on Energy or Nuclear projects, looking to have a large stake in key decision making and progression opportunities into management?

Do you want to work on projects of national significance for an international business at the top of their niche that can offer excellent perks and hybrid working?

In this role you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and adapting detailed engineering project programmes from initial concept through to completion. You'll be reporting directly into the Project Director, working with site teams, clients and subcontractors to create schedules and adapt plans to hit key milestones. Your main focus initially will be planning FEED-phase schedules, analysis and risk forecasting.

This international OEM are world leaders in intrinsically safe and redundant Controls Systems. They are widely regarded worldwide for working on the most complex of projects and are currently supporting multiple national-scale Energy projects across the UK.

This role would suit a P6 Primavera Planner with full life-cycle Energy project experience and the ability to gain UK Security Clearance, looking to take a step up into complex engineering projects where you will have the authority and responsibility to make changes whilst working directly alongside senior management.

The Role:

• Develop, monitor, adapt and manage complex engineering programmes from concept to completion
• FEED-Phase scheduling, analysis and risk forecasting
• Work with the Project Director, liaising with Project Managers, Site teams, subcontractors, clients and government bodies
• Monday - Friday, 37 hour week

The Person:

• P6 Primavera Scheduler or Planner
• Able to gain Security Clearance (SC Level)
• Energy or Nuclear project background and FEED scheduling knowledge
