Job summary

PACE Global seeks a skilled P6 Planner to develop, maintain, and report on Primavera P6 programmes for a high-profile transportation scheme in the Greater London area. You will work closely with project controls and delivery teams to ensure schedule integrity across the project lifecycle.

You will manage detailed P6 programmes, monitor progress, assess risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, supporting EVM and schedule performance analysis while liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a P6 Planner on transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Solid understanding of NEC/JCT contract environments.
• Experience working within a client-side or major contractor setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed P6 programmes across multiple work streams.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Produce regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Support EVM and schedule performance analysis.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to align programme data.
• Ensure programme baselines are maintained and change control is followed.
