Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planning professional to lead end-to-end scheduling for high-value construction schemes in a busy UK pipeline. The role requires strong competence in Primavera P6, P6 data reporting, and schedule risk analysis, with frequent travel to site and close collaboration with project teams.

You will develop detailed programs, manage baselines, and produce progress reports for client reviews, while driving scheduling best practices and ensuring schedule

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
• Ability to plan, schedule and track multi-project programs.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to create master schedules.
• Develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 for multi-project environments.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute schedules.
• Provide schedule performance reporting and data feedback to stakeholders.
• Analyse deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions to protect schedules.
