Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data and reporting professional to capture client requirements, define data strategies, and design new reporting solutions for our clients. You will act as the primary contact during design and development, driving data insights and dashboards.

You will collaborate with client teams and internal service streams, applying Power BI and other tools to improve existing reports. A background in PMO or project management methods, strong communication, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• P3M experience useful, but not essential.
• Business analyst, data and reporting, digital transformation and/or process improvement background
• Some knowledge of construction useful, but not essential
• Awareness of PMOs
• Awareness of project and programme management methodologies
• Analytic skills to interrogate data, identify trends and performance improvement measures
• Experience of stakeholder management
• High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Expertise with the use of Power BI
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Alteryx, etc. would be an advantage but is not essential
