Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a PE Cover Supervisor to support Bristol secondary schools on a flexible supply basis. You will supervise PE lessons, follow teacher plans, and help pupils stay engaged and active.

Ideal candidates include experienced cover supervisors, sports coaches, PE graduates or fitness professionals with confidence in managing secondary pupils. Availability for day-to-day or longer-term supply work is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
• Confident managing behaviour in a secondary school environment.
• Need right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PE lessons in the absence of the usual teacher.
• Follow lesson plans and school instructions.
• Support pupils with sporting and physical activities.
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom management.
• Ensure pupils remain safe and engaged throughout lessons.
• Work across different secondary schools on a flexible basis.
