Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an International Operations Support Specialist for the P-8 Poseidon programme. You will lead technical records and document control, deliver training and knowledge transfer to a newly formed operator, and develop procedures to ensure compliant maintenance and modification work.

Applicants should have a technical background, strong English communication, and the ability to operate away from home, with UK security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ideally educated in a technical discipline relevant to aircraft/maintenance.
• Experience or familiarity with technical records/documents control in CAMO/maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical records and document control expertise for P-8 Poseidon support.
• Deliver best-practice training and on-the-job coaching to the operator.
• Develop procedures and materials to ensure compliant, sustainable Technical Records capability for planned and unplanned work.
