Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited, based at RAF Lossiemouth, is seeking a P-8A Pilot Instructor to join our Fixed Wing training team. The role reports to the Training Delivery Manager and leads simulator and ground training for P-8A customer programs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable defence flight training experience, multi-engine fixed-wing expertise, and the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance. Prior Boeing or 737-type instruction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a flight training instructor in defence.
• P-8A or large aircraft experience desirable.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground training to P-8A pilots.
• Develop training tools and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Ensure training complies with military and civilian regulatory standards.
• Assess student competence and provide evaluations.
• Maintain safety standards and promote proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate training activities with the delivery team.
