Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects from pre-construction to handover. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects are on time, within budget and safely delivered.

Typical project values range from £3m to £20m, with opportunities across education, healthcare, commercial, residential and heritage sectors. A strong client network and forward workload underpin the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working for a main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects valued £3m - £20m.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent programme and commercial awareness.
• Client-facing experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Leading site teams including Site Managers and Engineers.
• Managing programme, cost, and quality delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance across projects.
• Reporting to Contracts Manager / Regional Director.
