Job summary

• Experience as Site Manager in interiors/fit-out or related environments.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and QA processes.
• Confident in dealing with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across Oxford projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and operatives.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks and safety checks.
• Monitor quality; ensure works meet required standards.
• Manage materials, plant and labour on site.
• Track programme and productivity; flag delays or issues.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings and site requirements; maintain site records.
• Support variations, inspections and project handovers.
