Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Associate Solicitor for our Oxford-based team. The role targets solicitors with 2-7 years' PQE and a strong background in residential conveyancing.

The successful candidate will handle purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, including new-builds, secured lending, re-mortgages, and tenancy/licence matters, while contributing to business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years' PQE and a solid background in residential conveyancing.
• Experience with freehold/leasehold, new-builds, securitised lending, re-mortgages and tenancy/licence matters.

Responsabilités

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, reports and correspondence.
• Managing searches, Land Registry tasks, and post-completion procedures.
• Advising on mortgage redemption, transfer of equity and property finance structures.
• Supporting new development transactions and advising clients throughout the process.
