The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Oxford is seeking an ambitious Pharma Business Manager to drive real impact in Healthcare. You will manage pharma accounts, identify new opportunities, and shape proposals with clinical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in pharma or related Healthcare commercial role.
• Track record of hitting or beating sales targets.
• Comfortable reading a P&L and talking numbers with finance teams.
• Sharp communication skills and ability to present to clinicians and procurement teams.
• Working knowledge of UK pharma compliance and the ABPI code.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of pharma accounts and build relationships beyond the transactional.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Healthcare client base.
• Shape proposals with clinical and commercial teams to fit customer needs.
• Track performance against targets and adjust your approach when numbers tell you to.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences across the sector.
• Keep pace with regulatory changes that affect how pharma products are positioned and sold.
