LJ Recruitment represents a well-established law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion.

You will handle sales and purchases, coordinating with clients and agents, while delivering a consistently high standard of client care in a supportive environment.

The role is full-time and permanent with three office locations; Hartlepool, Middlesbrough or Peterlee, offering professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with own caseload
• Proactive and professional approach in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle residential property sales and purchases efficiently and accurately
• Provide clear, professional and timely communication to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Deliver a high level of client care throughout the conveyancing process
• Work within the wider team while taking ownership of matters
