Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Own Label Product Development Manager to lead the creation and delivery of an own label portfolio from concept to launch. You will work with the Category Manager to ensure products are innovative, on-brand, compliant and commercially successful.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development or buying, preferably own label.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing, sourcing and compliance standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple projects.
• Commercially aware with creative product ideas.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally (~5%).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the proposition for each Own Label to drive YoY growth in own label sales.
• Manage end-to-end development of own label products from idea to launch.
• Collaborate with Own Label Marketing Manager to agree brand identity.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities in the B2B own label landscape.
• Initiate and propose development in current and new categories for own label.
• Coordinate the Own Label Development Plan and engage suppliers on costs, timelines, and quality.
