Job summary

Staffline is hiring a General Food Production Operative in the United Kingdom. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with a weekly rotation among mornings, afternoons and nights (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00). The rate starts at £13.50 per hour, with overtime at £15.89 per hour and breaks are paid for procedures.

Training is provided and a temp-to-perm opportunity exists. Ideal candidates are quick-thinking team players with the ability to perform some heavy lifting and repetitive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Production Operative is desirable but not required.
• Safe manual handling and physical fitness required for heavy lifting.
• Full training provided and temp-to-perm opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced packing environment as part of a team.
• Handle and pack products (frozen, ambient and hot) and load hoppers with ingredients.
• Assist with quality checks, sorting and cleaning duties as part of the shift.
