Job summary

Keys Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide compassionate care overnight at Elm House. The role offers full training, a supportive environment, and a structured night shift schedule to ensure residents' safety and comfort.

You will monitor residents, assist with night-time routines, and maintain accurate records, all while working independently to create a calm and secure night-time setting.

Qualifications

• Experience within the care sector is not required as full training is provided.
• Calm, reliable and responsible
• Willingness to work nights and maintain a safe environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist with night-time care routines as needed.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents during the night.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment for a peaceful atmosphere.
• Help with light domestic tasks and tidy communal areas.
• Record incidents and changes in residents' condition with accurate documentation.
• Work independently throughout the night with vigilance and attention to detail.
