Discovery is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker for The Paddocks, Bishops Lydeard, Taunton. You will provide dedicated overnight support to five residents, ensuring safety, comfort and person-centred care throughout the night.

• Provide hourly wellbeing checks and respond to call bells.
