Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Manager in Farnham to lead overnight replenishment and manage a small team. You will prioritise deliveries, coordinate the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning trade.

You’ll oversee shift operations, maintain safety and staff wellbeing, and drive KPI performance while delivering outstanding customer service. The role is full-time with a premium night-shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership ensuring store operations run smoothly in the absence of more senior managers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Experience managing employee relations, including performance and absence management.
• Desirable - has worked night shifts in high-volume, overnight environments, ensuring safety and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run full store operations overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning to serve customers.
