Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a dedicated Night Manager for the Bridge Of Dee location. You will lead the night team to ensure the store operates smoothly while the world sleeps, maintaining top standards across departments and ensuring safety and legality.

You’ll work a rolling rota with 4 nights over 7 including weekends, holding the store through the night and coordinating handover to day staff. Previous retail overnight supervision is preferred and strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, overnight preferred.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and drive to improve processes and people.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service focus and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night team to ensure availability, stock accuracy and high shopfloor standards.
• Manage and execute the night trading activity, ensure 24-hour operation readiness and compliance.
