Job summary

Asda, Oldbury, is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and ensure stock availability, shop-floor standards, and a safe, legal store while the rest of the world sleeps. You’ll work a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7 including weekends, and you will be solely responsible for the store through the night, with the day team taking over on shift morning.

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, overnight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the night team to ensure availability and high shop-floor standards across departments.
• Oversee operation as the store remains open 24 hours, through the night shift.
• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor during night shift with date rotation and waste management.
• Lead, coach and develop night colleagues and team leaders to deliver engagement and sales goals.
