Job summary

A leading children's support organization is seeking experienced Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Workers in Guildford. You will join a dedicated team to promote the welfare and safety of young people in a supportive environment. Successful candidates must have relevant experience and potentially a childcare qualification. This full-time role offers a salary of £27,518.40 per annum and includes various employee benefits. Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in childcare.
• Ideally possess a relevant childcare qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work 55 hours per week on a night duty rota.
• Promote the welfare of children as defined in the Children Act 1989.
• Record any disturbances throughout the night and maintain logs.
