Job summary

Independent Lives is seeking a friendly Bank Personal Assistant to provide overnight support for a mum and her son in their family home. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (8:00 pm–8:00 am) to cover sickness and holidays, with potential to travel via a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check if required.

Responsibilities

• Overnight support for mum and son from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Medication prompting/administering per care plan.
• Personal grooming and hygiene assistance as needed.
• Moving and handling within bed and safe guidance.
• Provide companionship and reassurance during the night.
