Job summary

Radis Community Care in Malvern is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker to join the Extra Care Scheme. You will assist elderly residents with mobility, personal care and daily routines, promoting independence and dignity.

The role involves lone working with on-call support and weekend shifts from 10pm to 7am, providing practical care and helping residents stay connected to activities and the community. Training towards Care Certificate and dementia awareness is offered.

Qualifications

• Supports elderly residents with personal care tasks (washing, hygiene, dressing)
• Assists residents with mobility and moving between areas
• Promotes independence, dignity and choice through daily activities

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with mobility to dining areas and communal spaces
