Home Instead is recruiting Waking Night Care Professionals to provide overnight companionship and support in clients' homes across the South Lakes area. You will be responsible for personal care, safety, and comfort, staying alert through the night and ensuring clients feel secure and well-cared-for.

The role offers training, opportunities for fully funded qualifications (Level 2, 3, 5), and a competitive night rate up to £160. Bank holidays pay double, and a supportive employer is provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and dependable approach essential.
• Previous care experience required.
• UK Right to Work and valid driving licence with access to reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support to clients across the local area in their own homes.
• Stay alert throughout the night to assist with personal care, reassurance and any needs that arise.
• Assist with morning routines and complete accurate care records.
