Job summary

Green & Fortune is seeking a Night Café Supervisor to oversee its Temperance Cocoa Rooms at London Museum, with shifts from late evening to early morning. You will lead the overnight operation, deputise for the Café Manager, and ensure the cafe is prepped for the next shift in a vibrant, 24-hour city setup.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, barista knowledge, quality control, and decisive problem-solving to maintain service standards throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or junior manager in a café or hospitality environment.
• Good coffee and barista knowledge, with the ability to maintain quality standards and support and train the team.
• Hands-on approach, sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions, solve problems and take responsibility for the café overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the café overnight, taking charge of the operation and deputising for the Café Manager.
• Manage the overnight team and standards, ensuring service readiness.
• Oversee the team throughout the shift, providing direction, feedback and support to maintain high standards and handle issues overnight.
