Job summary

Circet Power NI is hiring an Overhead Powerline Supervisor to lead field teams and ensure timely delivery of the programme. You will plan outages, coordinate with the network operator, and drive weekly forecasts and resource management.

You will ensure HSEQ compliance, maintain programme documentation, and report risks and progress to stakeholders. Previous supervision experience in electrical infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading overhead line teams and coordinating field resources.
• Strong scheduling and planning for outages and outages-related works.
• Proficient in Excel and basic PDF tools, with good IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of overhead line staff to deliver a targeted programme.
• Plan outages, coordinate with local network operator, and submit plans.
• Provide weekly forecasts for deliverables and resources.
• Maintain and report on workstack, timesheets, and KPIs.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation and manage risks and issues.
