Job summary

OCU Group is seeking an Overhead Lines Project Manager to lead electrical distribution projects in the UK. You will own projects from initial award to completion, ensuring safety, commercial success and alignment with client expectations across LV, 11kV and 33kV networks.

You will collaborate with planners, operations teams and stakeholders to coordinate complex programmes, drive successful outcomes and build strong client relationships. A UK driving licence and CDM/NRSWA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within electrical distribution, utilities or power infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and NRSWA.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of overhead line and electrical distribution projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project programmes to meet milestones and customer dates.
• Coordinate resources, teams and outages to maximise efficiency and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.
• Manage project reporting, updates and contractual requirements.
• Monitor risks and issues and implement delivery solutions.
• Ensure documentation and management systems are maintained and updated.
• Drive commercial and operational performance to meet targets.
