Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe seeks an Oven Onload Operative to keep our production lines running smoothly in the curing areas. The role requires attention to quality and safety, autonomy, and clear communication across production and planning teams.

Based in Corsham, the position offers a 06.00-14.00 Monday to Friday schedule, weekly pay, and a range of on-site benefits. Previous production line experience is advantageous, with on-site parking and staff perks included.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across areas.
• Experience in a production environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven onload ensuring correct timings and quality.
• Follow safety and quality standards and rotate stock as required.

Job description

We are looking Oven Onload Operative - this is a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently in our uncured and curing areas. The job holder will follow strict quality and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment, the successful candidate will need to be able work autonomously and be able to communicate in a clear manner between various areas of the production and planning. The right candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to understand specs and have the ability to carry out stock rotation, ensuring products are cooked within the correct time frames ensuring cure / maturation times are adhered to.. Whilst this position is based as an oven onload there may be times when flexibility is required and helping other areas.

Earn Big:

Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £600 per week

06.00-14.00 Monday to Friday
