OutSystems Software Engineer is sought by a highly innovative company, ideally either London-based or remotely based in the UK, to join their Software Engineering Team to develop their OutSystems platform. The role requires bright and passionate OutSystems Software Engineer technologists to impact their mission to innovate and enhance their software solutions within a lean and highly agile team. Due to release cycles across weekends, you may need to provide support at least once a month as part of a rota. If you are within commuting distance from Central London, the client prefers a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days remote; otherwise, fully remote work is considered.

As an OutSystems Software Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing trading systems, as well as developing live updates, pricing reports, and screens. Collaboration with business users and stakeholders is essential to document requirements and obtain signoff. Proficiency in the full stack of Microsoft software solutions, particularly C#, is required, along with teamwork to develop, test, and deliver solutions.

OutSystems Software Engineer - Permanent Profile:

• Minimum of five years experience in low-code application development using the OutSystems platform.
• Fundamentals in C# and full-stack software engineering and development.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience in capturing end-user requirements and working with business users on solutions.
• Bright, highly collaborative, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £90k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus

Location: Ideally London-based or remote across the UK
