OutSystems Software Engineer Position

An innovative company is seeking an OutSystems Software Engineer, ideally based in London or remotely within the UK, to join their Software Engineering Team and develop their OutSystems platform. The role involves working in a lean, agile environment with release cycles across weekends, requiring support at least once a month on a rota basis. For candidates near Central London, a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days remote is preferred; further afield candidates may work fully remotely.

As an OutSystems Software Engineer, you will analyze, design, and implement trading systems, including live updates, pricing reports, and screens. Collaboration with business users and stakeholders is essential to document requirements and obtain signoff. Proficiency in full-stack Microsoft software solutions, particularly C#, is required, along with teamwork in developing, testing, and delivering solutions.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in low-code application development using the OutSystems platform.

• Experience in capturing end-user requirements and working with business stakeholders.
• Bright, collaborative, and proactive problem solver.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or a related field.

Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
