OutSystems Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an OutSystems Software Engineer for a highly innovative company, ideally based in London or remotely within the UK, to join their Software Engineering Team. The role involves developing their OutSystems platform and requires passionate technologists to contribute to their mission of software innovation within a lean, agile environment.

Due to weekend release cycles, support may be required at least once a month on a rota. If you are within commuting distance of Central London, the role offers a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote; otherwise, fully remote working is considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of trading systems.
• Develop live updates, pricing reports, and screens.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain signoff.
• Utilize C# and full-stack Microsoft solutions to develop, test, and deliver software.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of low-code application development experience on the OutSystems platform.
• Fundamentals in C# and full-stack software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience in capturing end-user requirements and collaborating with business users.
• Bright, collaborative, and proactive problem solver.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or a related field.

Contract Details

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus.

Location: London-based or remote across the UK.
