OutSystems Software Engineer is sought by a highly innovative company, ideally either London-based or remotely based in the UK, to join their Software Engineering Team to develop their OutSystems platform. The company requires bright and passionate OutSystems Software Engineer technologists to impact their mission to innovate and enhance their software solutions in a lean and highly agile team. Due to their release cycles across weekends, you may need to provide support at least once a month as part of a rota. If you are within commuting distance from Central London, the client prefers the OutSystems Software Engineer to work three days onsite and two days from home in a hybrid culture; otherwise, if you live further afield, they can consider fully remote working.

As an OutSystems Software Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing trading systems, as well as developing live updates, pricing reports, and screens. Working closely with business users and stakeholders to document requirements and obtain signoff is fundamental. You should have proficiency across the full stack of Microsoft software solutions and utilize C#. Collaboration with colleagues to develop, test, and deliver requirements is essential.

OutSystems Software Engineer - Permanent Profile Required:

• Must have at least five years of experience in low-code application development utilizing the OutSystems platform.
• Fundamentals in C# and across the full-stack in software engineering and development.
• Good fundamentals in relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to undertake relational database design and develop SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience in capturing end-user requirements and working with business users on solutions.
• Bright, highly collaborative, with a “get-things-done” attitude to problem solving and technical challenges.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a similar field.

Contract Details:

Contract: Permanent.

Salary: Up to £90k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus.

Location: Ideally London-based or remote across the UK.
