OutSystems Software Engineer is sought by a highly innovative company, ideally either London-based or remotely based in the UK, to join their Software Engineering Team to develop their OutSystems platform. Consequently, they require bright and passionate OutSystems Software Engineer technologists to impact their mission to innovate and enhance their software solutions in a lean and highly agile team. Due to their release cycles across weekends, you may need to be open to providing support at least once a month as part of a rota. If you are within commuting distance from Central London, my client prefers the OutSystems Software Engineer to work three days onsite and two days from home in a hybrid culture; otherwise, if you live further afield, they can consider fully remote working.

As an OutSystems Software Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting analysis, designing, and implementing trading systems, as well as designing and developing live updates, pricing reports, and screens. It is essential that you work closely with business users and stakeholders to document requirements and obtain sign-off. You should have proficiency across the full stack of Microsoft software solutions and with C#, collaborating with colleagues to develop, test, and deliver solutions.

OutSystems Software Engineer - Permanent Profile:

• Must have at least five years of experience in low-code application development utilizing the OutSystems platform.
• Fundamentals in C# and across the full software engineering stack.
• Good understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to design relational databases and develop SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience in capturing end-user requirements and working with business users on solutions.
• Bright, highly collaborative, with a “get-things-done” attitude to problem-solving and technical challenges.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or a related field.

Contract Details:

Contract: Permanent.

Salary: Up to £90k depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus package.

Location: Ideally London-based or remotely across the UK.
