Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to oversee crypto outsourcing risks and manage third-party relationships. The role partners with Compliance and Risk to deliver regulatory reporting and documentation on third-party management.

You will lead onboarding, due diligence, vendor monitoring, and governance for outsourcing changes, ensuring UK regulatory alignment and resilient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management or supply chain roles.
• In-depth knowledge of business resilience regulations in retail financial services.
• Ability to develop service monitoring processes and risk assessments.
• Fluency in English.

• Implement third-party risk management policies and operating model
• Control approvals processed through internal governance for outsourcing changes
• Provide guidance to staff on risk management procedures and accountability

• Prepare regular status reports on outsourcing activities for senior management
• Manage intragroup services agreements, including SLAs and service catalogues
• Build and test exit plans and scenario-based stress tests for critical services
• Assess and monitor sub-outsourcing (fourth-party) risk

About The Role

The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to provide crypto outsourcing oversight. You’ll manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships, while collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to deliver key regulatory reporting and documentation on third-party management.
