Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
Reviewing and managing the delivery of management accounts for our client base varying from start ups to AIM listed businesses
Reviewing VAT returns for clients prepared by junior members of the team
Coaching junior members of the team on technical matters
Managing a portfolio of clients
Managing budgets for client work and have a thorough understanding of the firm+rsquo;s billing procedures and key commercial KPIs
As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will:
Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 18 months+rsquo; post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
