The Big Life Group is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Assertive Outreach Worker in Salford. You will provide person-centred support to people experiencing substance misuse, working across community and criminal justice settings to engage those not accessing traditional services.

A full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential, and enhanced level 1 vetting is required. The role is 35 hours per week with 25 days annual leave. Closing date: 8 November.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outreach or working with people experiencing substance misuse.
• Ability to engage individuals who may be difficult to reach or disengaged from services.
• Enhanced level 1 vetting required.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car.
