Job summary

1st Staff Limited is seeking caring, confident tutors to provide 1:1 Maths and English sessions to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD and other learning needs. You will deliver personalised tuition, track progress and build trusting relationships with families, while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Opportunities include part-time or full-time hours with flexible locations such as home visits or community venues; Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

1st Staff are a leading nationwide provider supporting children and young people aged 4-25 with additional educational and therapeutic needs. We're looking for caring, confident tutors to deliver 1:1 Maths and English sessions to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD and other learning needs.

What you'll do

Role details

• Locations: Student's home, library, school or community venue
• Hours: Part‑time or full‑time (most referrals 10-15 hrs/week; full‑time available with multiple students)
• Contract: PAYE, zero‑hours
