Qualifikationen

• Outreach and coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to work with housing, wellbeing and communities teams.
• Understanding of StreetLink referrals and rough sleeper responses.

• Coordinate outreach activity across Arun to support rough sleepers.
• Respond to StreetLink referrals and client presentations in a timely manner.
• Assist with planned outreach sessions and rota cover for early mornings.
• Link clients to accommodation and support pathways as early as possible.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to service improvements.
