Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients as required.
• Assist with basic clinical duties under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records on the Electronic Patient Record (Cerner).
• Observe patients and report changes to a Registered professional.
• Undertake housekeeping, stock control and administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
