• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering care with supervision by a registered health care professional.
• Undertake personal care tasks as delegated by a registered healthcare professional.
• Ensure the registered health professional is regularly updated on the patient condition and improvement/deterioration.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and storage of stock items.
• Deliver care in line with Health Board values and the Wales HCSW Code of Conduct.
