Job description

As an Outpatient Therapist at Milestone LLC, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive comprehensive and holistic treatment.

In this role, you will maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes. You will also participate in case conferences, team meetings, and supervision sessions to enhance your professional growth and ensure the highest quality of care for clients. It is important to adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice while working with a diverse client population.

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Professional in the state
  • Experience providing therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting
