Job summary

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is recruiting bank staff nurses on an ad hoc basis to cover outpatients, with no fixed weekly hours. The role includes weekend shifts and a focus on delivering patient-centred care in a consultant-led team headed by the matron.

You will work alongside skilled clinicians in orthopaedics and other departments, ensure continuity of care, and gain exposure to new practices, equipment and facilities while supporting the highest standards of safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required with post-registration experience.
• Registration with governing body (NMC) and post‑registration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and attend closely to each patient's needs.
• Drive the standard of patient care in the outpatients department.
• Work as part of a consultant-led ward team headed by the matron.
