Job summary

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse on the Ward to deliver high standards of patient care on a bank basis. You will join a consultant-led elective surgical ward with a supportive team and flexible shift patterns.

You must be registered with the NMC, have post-registration experience, and be comfortable working Early, Mid, Night shifts and weekends to cover staffing needs. This role offers competitive hourly pay up to £25 depending on skills and experience, with access to

Staff Nurse - Ward (Bank) Cheltenham Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Ad Hoc | Includes weekend work | Up to £25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Shifts are across Monday - Sunday :

• Early (07:00-19.30)
• Mid (10.00-22:30)
• Night (19:00-07:30)

This role is to work on a bank basis and anyone joining us would be required and expected to work a combination of EARLY & MID SHIFTS, NIGHT SHIFTS & WEEKENDS

As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at our Cheltenham Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care.

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.

As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will:

• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs
• Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
