Job summary

University Hospitals Of Derby And Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse for a permanent role within the Community Planned Care unit. Based at Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital Outpatient Department with cross-site cover at Samuel Johnson Hospital, the post supports multiple outpatient clinics and requires adaptability and teamwork.

• Evidence of using policies and guidelines to support delivery of care.

• Experience in NHS/outpatient environment desirable.
