Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust in Derbyshire is seeking a permanent Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Community Planned Care outpatient team at Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital, with cross-site cover to Samuel Johnson Hospital. You will work within a supportive team and independently to deliver high quality outpatient care.

Experience in outpatient settings is desirable, with teaching or a preceptorship qualification viewed favourably.
