Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a hospital pharmacy assistant to prepare labels, assemble prescriptions accurately, and ensure correct packaging according to SOPs. You will organise timely supply of out-of-stock medications and delegate tasks when needed, while communicating delays to the appropriate person.

You will counsel patients on medication use, provide drug information to nursing and medical staff, and handle deliveries from suppliers.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmacy practice is desirable.
• Ability to use computer systems for dispensing and labeling.

Responsibilities
