Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed registered nurse to join the Outpatient Department team. The role welcomes applicants with a range of clinical experience and offers full support and development to enhance skills.

The post involves cross-site working across multiple OPD sites, with rotation to five main locations. You will be expected to organise workloads, support colleagues, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and learners to uphold high patient care

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strong clinical nursing skills with excellent patient care focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and direction within the Outpatient Department nursing team.
• Support and mentor junior staff and learners to maintain high standards of care.
• Organise and prioritise workload and participate in both clinical and administrative tasks.
